Key Responsibilities
- Support the External Affairs team in monitoring and analyzing EU policy developments.
- Assist in drafting communication materials, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Conduct research on relevant European regulatory frameworks affecting retail media and technology.
- Help coordinate meetings, events, and engagements with European institutions and industry associations.
- Contribute to managing external communication channels and digital platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the European External Affairs department.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, European Studies, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in European affairs, technology, retail, and media industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other EU languages is a plus.
- Ability to conduct thorough research, synthesize information, and present findings clearly.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in Belgium or the European Union.
