Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive inventory audits and physical counts across all retail categories.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, proposing effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with store and warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory control and reduce shrinkage.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inventory Auditor or similar role within the retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish.
- Familiarity with retail operations and supply chain processes.
