Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-temperature storage (Ambient, Chiller, Frozen).
- Implement FIFO/FEFO, batch, and expiry management.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor KPI’s including stock turnover, order accuracy, and wastage control.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and municipality regulations in UAE.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in inventory & Logistics, preferably in the foodstuff/FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes, stock accuracy, and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and municipality regulations in UAE.
