Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and databases.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming medical supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill inventory requests efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
