Requirements

• Proven experience in a relevant financial services or recruitment role, preferably 2 years+.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of the financial services industry landscape.
