Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions and corporate finance advisory mandates.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
- Prepare detailed presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials.
- Conduct industry research and market trend analysis to support deal origination.
- Support senior team members in all phases of transaction processes.
- Participate in client meetings and due diligence efforts.
Requirements
- Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in investment banking, M&A, or a related financial advisory role.
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Japanese.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail.
