    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the execution of M&A transactions and corporate finance advisory mandates.
    • Perform comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
    • Prepare detailed presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials.
    • Conduct industry research and market trend analysis to support deal origination.
    • Support senior team members in all phases of transaction processes.
    • Participate in client meetings and due diligence efforts.

    Requirements

    • Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in investment banking, M&A, or a related financial advisory role.
    • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Japanese.
    • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail.
