An Investment Coordinator will work directly with BAM Broker Relations and Corporate Access to support the investment process by ensuring seamless coordination of research, corporate access, and strategic initiatives, while fostering a culture of connectivity, collaboration, and efficiency within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and coordinate access to high-value research, corporate management meetings, and industry events that align with the team’s investment priorities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external research providers, sell-side partners, and corporate access teams.
- Collaborate with investment teams to understand research needs and investment theses, ensuring effective leverage of external resources for idea generation.
- Continuously assess and enhance processes for sourcing, evaluating, and tracking research and corporate access opportunities.
- Partner with Compliance to ensure all meetings and engagements adhere to firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage complex scheduling, travel logistics, and expense processes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
