Job Overview

We are looking for a senior real estate investment professional from the capital raising / fund‑raising arena with deep, practical knowledge of the UAE real estate market. You will work closely with the family office to identify and priorities land parcels for development or acquisition, shape and position the concept and investment story of each project, and ensure it is bankable and attractive to investors and lenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead equity and debt capital raising for existing and new real estate projects.
• Develop compelling investment theses and project stories for diverse investor segments.
• Drive concept and product strategy by working with planners and architects.
• Design commercial strategies for selling completed properties.
• Advise on optimal exit routes per project.
• Help shape portfolio strategy: capital allocation, sequencing of projects.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years’ experience in real estate investment, private equity, or development roles.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital for real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market.
