Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported by employees.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to various company systems.
  • Assist with software deployments, updates, and system migrations.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and maintain an accurate asset inventory.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience with hardware troubleshooting and fundamental network principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Relevant technical diploma or certification in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a desktop support or similar IT role.
