Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly preventive maintenance of IT systems, including servers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, CCTV, firewalls, UPS, and access control systems.
- Respond to and resolve breakdowns as per defined SLAs, conducting daily online health checks for firewalls, network switches, Wi-Fi access points, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with OEMs and authorized vendors for warranty repairs/replacements, tracking warranty claims, timelines, and vendor communications.
- Configure internet and network devices, maintain and update IT asset inventory, and document configuration changes and asset movements.
- Provide L1/L2 support for laptops and desktops, printer and scanner support, and resolve network and firewall-related issues.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data, adhering to IT security standards and local regulations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and end-user support.
- Expertise in firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, CCTV, UPS, and access control systems.
- Experience handling SLAs, incident management, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and ensure service continuity.
- Relevant IT certifications preferred.
- Adherence to IT security standards and local regulations.
