Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all hotel IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff and guests, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with all IT policies and industry regulations.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of all software and hardware components.
  • Collaborate effectively with various department heads to identify technological needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, including the procurement of new technologies and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT management, with a preference for candidates having hospitality sector experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, operating systems, and various software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
