Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Support the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software components.
- Document operational procedures and maintain system configurations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement system improvements and automation.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking concepts.
