Key Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve user requests within the scope of IT support.
- Prepare user equipment and perform diagnostics before sending devices for repair.
- Create and maintain up-to-date user instructions and documentation.
- Manage access to internal services and applications.
- Administer the corporate messaging and email systems.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Hands-on experience managing global corporate IT systems (e.g., Google Workspace, ManageEngine, Okta).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, etc.).
