Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software, systems, and hardware.
• Maintain computer networks, support server systems, and provide network communications support.
• Manage user accounts, including setup, removal, and password resets.
• Install, configure, and modify workstations and related equipment.
• Maintain inventory of all technology devices and perform system backups.
• Educate users regarding procedures for securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
