Job Overview
Rixos Hotels UAE is seeking an IT Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The IT Supervisor will assist the IT Manager in operating computer hardware and software, manage technology lifecycles, ensure technology assets are secure, and maintain telecommunications equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, desktop support, hardware and software support, and ensuring adherence to IT policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Manager in the operation of computer hardware and software installation and maintenance.
- Manage technology/asset life-cycle, ensuring necessary equipment is ordered and available.
- Accountable for disaster recovery and business continuity as it relates to technology.
- Install, monitor, and maintain telecommunications equipment, including cabling.
- Ensure all Accor IT Policies and Guidelines are applied and that only properly licensed application programs are running on hotel systems.
- Implement Preventive Maintenance for all IT hardware & Software on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Engineering, MCNA & CCNA.
- 4-5 years of similar experience in a 4-5 star Hotel.
- Very good knowledge in LAN, Security, Wireless, IP Telephony, Oasys, Micros, Fidelio, Opera, Sun System, various hospitality solutions, and software.
- Must be an example of the Rixos Values, Brand Standards, and a champion of appearance & hygiene guidelines.
