    Rixos Hotels UAE is looking for an IT Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The IT Supervisor will assist in the operation of computer hardware and software, manage technology lifecycle, and ensure technology assets are secure and well-maintained.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the IT Manager in the operation of all computer hardware and software.
    • Serve as secondary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardware and software.
    • Manage technology/asset life-cycle.
    • Ensure technology assets are secure and well-maintained in accordance with Rixos policies and standards.
    • Install, monitor, and maintain telecommunications equipment.
    • Implement Preventive Maintenance for all IT hardware & Software on a timely basis.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Computer Engineering, MCNA & CCNA.
    • 4-5 years of similar experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
    • Good knowledge in LAN, Security, Wireless, IP Telephony, Oasys, Micros, Fidelio, Opera, Sun System, various hospitality solutions, and software.
    • Must be an example of the Rixos Values, Brand Standards, and a champion of appearance & hygiene guidelines.
    • Ability to provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
