Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to hotel staff and guests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and inventory for effective knowledge management.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external support teams for complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking, and common office software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
