Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Assist users with IT-related queries, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and asset records.
• Support network connectivity, email systems, and basic server administration tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Good knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
