    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide 24×7 IT support and ensure round-the-clock monitoring and rapid response for client systems.
    • Manage end-to-end IT operations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
    • Support digital workplace solutions, device management, and collaboration tools for enhanced productivity.
    • Assist with cybersecurity services, including vulnerability assessments and real-time threat detection.
    • Help maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient IT infrastructure solutions for various clients.
    • Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise environments, ensuring compliance and data protection.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role (2+ years).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
    • Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
    • Experience with Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows operating systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills to resolve complex IT issues.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a fast-paced, global IT service environment.
