Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems for clients effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support staff and escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 when necessary.
  • Document technical solutions, procedures, and create a comprehensive knowledge base for common IT issues.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades across client environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an IT Support role, preferably at Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking protocols, and cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to non-technical users.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are highly advantageous.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
