Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal staff for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently and promptly.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the IT infrastructure.
  • Assist with software deployment, updates, and system integrations for Maxon’s product suite.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and best practices for the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office applications.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in German and English language is highly desirable.
