Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for IT Procurement & Services (EUC & Enterprise).
- Execute Field Services, including L1/L2/L3 resourcing for EUC & Enterprise segments.
- Assist with Device as a Service (DaaS) and Professional Services engagements.
- Support Lift & Shift Services and DC Smart Hands operations.
- Contribute to Cloud Services and Cyber Security Services (VAPT, CSPM, EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, NOC, SOC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally at an associate level.
- Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with End User Computing (EUC) and enterprise IT environments.
- Ability to perform hands-on field services and data center support tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
