    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the section strategy, planning, and management.
    • Oversee daily technical support operations and troubleshoot technical and digital issues.
    • Monitor daily operational activities of digital channels, new platforms, and applications.
    • Ensure coordination with the Digital Transformation Department for the maintenance of digital infrastructure, cloud services, and network services.
    • Provide user support for IT issues with a focus on security and access.
    • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of internal technical systems such as email, telephone, and communication channels.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 8 years of full-time experience in IT help desk operations with a minimum of 2-3 years managing a team.
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT with a good GPA, preferably a Master’s in a related technical field.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
    • Excellent team management skills.
