Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the concentrates warehouse.

- Ensure efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of materials according to company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong operational performance metrics and reporting.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, particularly in warehousing or logistics.
- Demonstrated experience in handling mineral concentrates or similar bulk materials is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
