Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct routine audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and facilities.
- Document and investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Prepare and review quality-related documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols.
- Support training programs for staff on quality compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of national and international pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GMP, WHO guidelines).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and quality control tools.
