Key Responsibilities
- Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
- Review tender documents for pricing accuracy and scope clarification.
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors to collect quotations.
- Support senior estimation engineers in preparing rate analyses.
- Maintain organized estimation databases and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in MEP estimation.
- Proficient in Planswift, MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
