Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and record-keeping.
- Process and verify financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Support in the preparation of accurate financial statements and various management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts regularly.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with senior finance officers to ensure smooth and efficient financial workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related business discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in an accounts or finance-related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
