The Jr. Manager will collaborate with team members to oversee client social accounts, execute strategies, and deliver engaging campaigns that connect with audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Reddit.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.
• Ideate and manage content buckets and creative concepts.
• Publish content across multiple social platforms.
• Facilitate daily community management and engagement.
• Maintain editorial calendars and oversee content rollouts.
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts and campaigns.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in social media.
• Passion for entertainment, TV, and pop culture.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Reddit.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
