Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts accurately.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare various financial reports and statements as required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
