Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in all phases of design development, from concept to completion.
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and detailed design documents using relevant software.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist with construction supervision and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate effectively with interior designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Research and incorporate relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Support project managers in client communication and coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
