Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services according to company policies and procedures.
• Support the purchasing team in daily operational tasks, including vendor communication and order tracking.
• Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain and update accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and requirements.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of purchasing principles or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, adapting to different time zones.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
