Key Responsibilities

  • Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with budget planning and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of controlling instruments and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., HGB, IFRS).
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive mindset, high level of commitment, and ability to work in a team.
