Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various platforms and techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or a related human resources field (1 year+ preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with various candidate sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
