Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize various platforms and techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment or a related human resources field (1 year+ preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with various candidate sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
