Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., SEM, Social, Display, Affiliates) in Europe.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Assist in managing external agencies and ensuring campaigns align with PUMA’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to performance reporting, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams, product, and sales to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities in the European landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or an analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with various digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international team environment.
