The Greater Change is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to drive sales growth across cafés, coffee shops, and casual HORECA outlets in Dubai and nearby emirates. This role is ideal for candidates from a barista or café background who have transitioned into sales and possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively visit cafés and coffee shops to promote and sell premium beverage products (Matcha, plant-based milk, etc.).
- Identify, target, and onboard new café accounts across the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with café owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and basic sales presentations.
- Manage follow-ups, orders, and customer feedback efficiently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and outlet onboarding goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is a MUST (preferably in cafés, HORECA, beverages, or FMCG).
- Café or barista background with proven sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of café operations, beverage menus, and customer buying behavior.
- Valid UAE driving license – mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
