    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for current and future roles.
    • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
    • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Maintain and update candidate records and talent pools within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and promoting SAP Fioneer’s employer brand.

    Requirements

    • Some experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related HR field.
    • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
