Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate records and talent pools within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and promoting SAP Fioneer’s employer brand.
Requirements
- Some experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related HR field.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
