Key Responsibilities
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all company activities.
- Analyze and interpret new legal and regulatory developments.
- Draft and update internal compliance procedures and policies.
- Advise operational teams on various compliance-related issues.
- Participate in internal training initiatives on compliance topics.
- Manage interactions and reporting with regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Law (e.g., Master’s in Business Law, Banking Law, Financial Law, or Compliance).
- Significant professional experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar compliance or legal counsel role.
- Excellent knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., LCB-FT, Sapin 2, RGPD).
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
