Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and large retail surfaces.
- Achieve sales targets for tiling, revetment products, and sanitary china.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand market share.
- Provide product presentations and technical advice to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management or B2B sales, preferably in construction materials or retail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of ceramic products, sanitary ware, or building materials is a plus.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
