    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieving strategic objectives per customer, including Net Revenue, Operating Profit, Gross Margin, and Net Working Capital.
    • Building long-term partnerships with customers and managing negotiations in line with Reckitt’s commercial strategy.
    • Capitalizing on business progression through customer expansion plans to drive Net Revenue.
    • Implementing and managing category strategy per customer.
    • Developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation.
    • Identifying opportunities for efficiency, profitability, and overall category management improvement.

    Requirements

    • Strong Leadership abilities and business acumen.
    • Strategic Planning & Monitoring: Proactively collect and analyse relevant data to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
    • Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships.
    • Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers.
    • Innovative and creative in designing Key Account strategies.
    • Minimum 6 years FMCG experience in Sales Account Management.
