    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and develop relationships with key hospitality / restaurant partners.
    • Drive account growth, renewals, and expansion within your portfolio.
    • Support partners with product adoption and feature rollouts.
    • Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Account Manager / Key Account Manager.
    • Hospitality, restaurant, food-tech, or merchant-facing background is essential.
    • Experience managing long-term client relationships and driving growth.
    • Strong commercial and consultative communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
    • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
