Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively propose innovative HR solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar sales role, preferably within HR consulting.
- Strong understanding of human resources management and talent development principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
