Orqa FPV is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to join their sales and business development team. This role involves managing relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales within the defense and enterprise sectors for advanced FPV and unmanned aerial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and market segments within the defense and enterprise sectors.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans aligned with company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of FPV, drone technology, or unmanned aerial systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
