Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth within Denmark.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory for Sobi’s rare disease portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and market access teams to ensure a coordinated approach.
- Provide expert knowledge and education on Sobi’s rare disease treatments to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in key account management or sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably in rare diseases.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Danish and English.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex accounts, and contribute effectively to a matrixed team environment.
