Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via various communication channels (phone, email).
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding Ayvens’ mobility solutions and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Educate customers on Ayvens’ sustainable mobility products and innovative offerings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Polish and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-centric approach.
