Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets in the KSA market.
- Identify, establish, and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal results.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and provide regular performance reports.
- Represent Dreame Technology at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the smart home appliance or electronics manufacturing industry.
- In-depth understanding of the KSA market dynamics, consumer behavior, and distribution channels.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully implement effective sales strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
