Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and validation of various bioassays according to established protocols.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
- Proven experience as an Associate or equivalent in a laboratory setting (2+ years).
- Familiarity with bioassay techniques and principles of assay validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
