    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Associate or equivalent in a laboratory setting (2+ years).
    • Familiarity with bioassay techniques and principles of assay validation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
