Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Train and mentor laundry staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory of linens, detergents, and other laundry supplies.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Implement and monitor hygiene protocols for all laundry processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of clean linens to various hotel departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a laundry or housekeeping role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
