Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil engineering aspects of wind energy projects from conception to completion.
• Oversee the design, analysis, and execution of civil works for wind farms, including foundations, roads, and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with international and local civil engineering codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in civil engineering, specifically within the wind energy sector.
• Proven track record of leading civil works for large-scale wind farm projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering software and design tools.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage complex technical challenges.
