Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive inclusion and development strategies.
- Provide expert consultancy to business units on best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Design and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance cultural competence and awareness.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to embed DEI principles into talent acquisition, development, and retention processes.
- Monitor and analyze DEI metrics, preparing reports and recommending actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of belonging and psychological safety across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) or Human Resources, with a focus on organizational development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading and implementing successful DEI initiatives in a global corporate environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
