Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage and prioritize daily IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain IT systems, networks, and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and update IT support documentation, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and implement appropriate technology solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to proactively address potential problems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, with at least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and user interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) best practices and ticketing systems.
